Ericka Wojack – COO/CFO (Memphis)
Ericka Wojack brings to the team expertise in finance, operations and professional management.  Ericka began her career in 1989 with a large, USA consulting firm providing financial (including valuation) analysis in support of litigation. Ericka began working with licensing-based ventures in 1993, where she led the operations of an international, high-end catalog company.  Following that venture, Ericka co-founded and became President of The Salisbury Group, a consulting firm that provides strategic, financial and management advice to a wide variety of companies. Through The Salisbury Group, Ericka has assisted many IP/tech companies in preparing business plans, revenue models and licensing campaigns, including an early stage bio-tech company in FDA clinical trials. Prior to joining Bastille, Ericka worked in IP portfolio management and was the Chief Financial Officer for a privately-held IP venture. Among other things, she has served as outsourced CFO for a number of start-up and early stage companies and is regularly consulted by a network of high wealth individuals considering making private equity investments.

Ericka has a BBA in finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MBA, summa cum laude, from the University of Memphis (EMBA Program).   She is qualified as a CMA (Certified Management Accountant) and CFM (Certified in Financial Management), granted by the Institute of Management Accountants.
